For many years I have been a member of Facebook. I know how to communicate with friends and family. Although, I am still on a basic level. Also, this is the first time I have used WordPress and twitter. I would like to learn more on how to use digital technology, such as twitter. I want to be able to use this skill in life with Job performance, or personal goals. From using these skills, I hope to make life easier. What I need to do to become more effective in digital learning is have an open mind. I need to have the facts, ideas and evidence of content. It is important to have good communication skills and empathy towards other people. By learning these skills, it can help me to become more productive in my dealings with other people. Such as, work colleagues, friends, or school. By learning these skills we can teach others in some kind of way. When using digital platforms, it is not just important to find information, but also to evaluate the information we find. We must find out if the source is reliable to write about by using critical thinking and research.

Also, there are a number of free online courses people can take. Such as, Tech Boomers website on how to use the internet. That is one thing I would like to learn more. The world is quickening up when it comes to technology. It is essential that we don’t lose touch with the outside world, and all the things that effect our lives.
